This role will initially be a 12-month FTC, with the potential to become permanent after this period. You will join a highly successful and growing Change & Transformation team, taking responsibility for business analysis around a CRM portfolio of work, supporting strategic design, delivering against agreed projects and programmes and ensuring all service objectives/outcomes are met.
