The role is responsible for overseeing the collection, validation, analysis and interpretation of a wide range of educational and organisational data, transforming complex information into clear, accessible reports, dashboards and recommendations that inform decision-making at every level. Working closely with UTC leaders, Baker Dearing colleagues and external stakeholders, the Data and Impact Manager will build on the existing data provision while taking ownership of its future direction. Using tools such as Excel and Power BI, you will lead the delivery of summer examination analysis, programme evaluation, performance reporting and wider organisational insight, to help the charity understand the impact of their programmes, identify opportunities for improvement and celebrate success.
