What We're Looking ForStrong background delivering solution architecture within enterprise data environmentsExperience designing and integrating Master Data Management (MDM) or entity resolution capabilitiesExpertise across AWS services including storage, security, and data integrationExperience working with Databricks and modern Lakehouse architecturesKnowledge of data products, data contracts, governance, and quality frameworksFamiliarity with Infrastructure as Code approaches such as TerraformAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Highly DesirablePOLE data models (People, Objects, Locations, Events)Public sector or regulated industry experienceExperience delivering customer, identity, reference data, or enterprise data management programmes
This is an opportunity to play a key role in a large-scale transformation programme, influencing architectural decisions that will underpin enterprise-wide data capabilities for years to come.If you're an experienced Solution Architect with a background in MDM, AWS, Databricks, and enterprise data integration, and hold active SC Clearance, we'd be keen to hear from you.

## Description

This position is particularly suited to architects who have delivered MDM, entity resolution, customer data, identity data, or large-scale data management programmes, and who enjoy solving complex data integration challenges at enterprise scale.
