* Strong Python engineering background (ideally 5+ years)

 * Knowledge of RAG, AI agents and modern AI frameworks
 * AWS and infrastructure-as-code experience
 * Experience with CI/CD, containerisation and scalable architecture
 * A curious mindset and passion for solving real-world problems

Bonus Points

 * Experience in healthcare, life sciences or other regulated industries
 * React or frontend exposure
 * MLOps, Data Science or DevOps experience
 * Familiarity with ISO27001 environments

 * Build and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure
