Working closely with services across the organisation, the team provides expert advice and support on data protection, information rights, records management and wider information governance matters. The team helps ensure compliance with legislation, promotes best practice, supports transparency obligations and enables services to use information effectively while protecting the rights of residents, customers and employees. Be the trusted information governance expert supporting colleagues, protecting personal data and driving compliance across the organisation. What you will get to do: As a key member of the Information Governance team, you will provide specialist advice and support to Council services on all aspects of data protection, information rights and information governance.
