The Working Pattern

## Description

This role is based at our 64-acre site, sitting in the heart of Sheffield, and will be working between our Planning Department and our ERP Project Team.
As an ERP/MRP Transformation Planning Lead, you will ensure new systems and processes are aligned to operational planning requirements.
What you'll be doing

 * Act as the Planning lead within the ERP transformation programme.
 * Gather business requirements and help shape future planning and MRP processes.
 * Collaborate with IT and operational teams to develop, test and implement new ERP solutions.
 * Support data validation, process design and the creation of planning procedures and documentation.
 * Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, manage project risks and support successful change adoption across the business.
