## About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our friendly, supportive, and dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service., Applicants must have good organisational skills, a range of office skills and experience in working in reception/administration. Excellent customer service skills are essential, as you will have both face to face and telephone contact with service users on a daily basis. Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly approach and being enthusiastic are all required for this post. A knowledge of SystmOne would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.

A full valid driving licence and access to a car to use regularly for business purposes is essential (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
