## About the Role

We're looking for an engineer first- someone with strong technical roots who has developed a sharp product instinct and a genuine curiosity about the "why" behind the "what."

 * 8+ years of experience in R&D or Product Management.
 * 2+ years of experience with AI tools and LLM orchestration.
 * 2+ years of hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, SQL, Redux and Jest.
 * Proven track record shipping products or features end-to-end.
 * Ability to write clear, actionable specs for solutions you are ready to build end-to-end yourself.
 * Commercial-first thinking, using data to challenge your own assumptions.
 * Ability to explain a technical trade-off to a non-technical stakeholder without losing either side.
 * Strong proficiency in spoken and written English, with excellent communication skills.
 * Bonus: exposure to regulated payments, reconciliation, or large-scale system migrations.
