* Proven experience working as a Scrum Master within complex Agile environments.
 * Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile delivery frameworks.
 * Experience delivering digital, data, or technology projects within government or public sector organisations.
 * Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Experience using Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
 * Ability to identify and resolve delivery blockers effectively.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
 * Experience working in multi-disciplinary Agile teams.
