## About the Role

This is a key role within a complex ERP transformation, requiring someone with proven experience managing cutover activities across business and technical teams while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Essential Experience

 * 10+ years' SAP project experience
 * Proven SAP Cutover Management experience on large transformation programmes
 * At least 2 full life cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations
 * Experience within SAP Retail and SAP Finance environments
 * Strong understanding of SAP deployment, go-live and Hypercare processes
 * Excellent stakeholder, risk and dependency management skills
 * Experience coordinating business, technical, infrastructure, testing and data migration teams

## Description

* Develop and manage the Cutover Strategy and detailed Cutover Plan
 * Lead cutover rehearsals, mock cutovers and go-live activities
 * Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout deployment
 * Manage risks, dependencies, contingency and rollback plans
 * Oversee data migration validation and business sign-off
 * Support Hypercare and transition into Business as Usual

Desirable

 * SAP SuccessFactors implementation or integration experience
 * Experience delivering complex ERP transformation, migration, merger or divestiture programmes
