Desirable Experience * SAP S/4HANA migration project experience. * Experience within large-scale international SAP environments. * SAP certifications. * Experience supporting SAP transformation programmes., * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. * Ability to work effectively within production and business-critical environments. * Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Collaborative and team-oriented approach. * Proactive mindset with a focus on service improvement and operational excellence. ## Description This role combines hands-on SAP BASIS expertise with platform governance, supplier management, and technical leadership responsibilities. You'll play a key role in ensuring the stability, security, performance, and continuous improvement of a complex SAP estate while supporting strategic transformation initiatives., SAP Platform Operations * Manage and oversee the operational health of SAP environments. * Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity. * Support upgrades, patching, maintenance activities, and lifecycle management. * Ensure effective transport management and release governance. SAP Cloud & Service Governance * Act as the primary technical liaison for managed SAP services and cloud-hosted environments. * Monitor service delivery performance and contractual SLA compliance. * Coordinate escalations and drive issue resolution with external partners. Vendor & Stakeholder Management * Manage relationships with SAP and third-party service providers. * Challenge and review proposed technical solutions and recommendations. * Collaborate with infrastructure, security, development, and business teams to support operational and project requirements. Security, Compliance & Disaster Recovery * Ensure SAP platforms remain secure, compliant, and audit-ready. * Support patch management, system hardening, and security best practices. * Coordinate backup, recovery, disaster recovery testing, system refreshes, and client administration activities.
