Your background could be in Software Engineering, Product, Business Analysis, Consulting or a similar technical discipline as long as you're comfortable getting hands-on when required and enjoy working directly with customers. You'll ideally have: * A strong understanding of modern AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning concepts and when to apply different approaches. * Experience delivering AI or software solutions within commercial environments. * The ability to write code where required, ideally using Python, TypeScript or similar technologies. * Experience working directly with customers, gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions. * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. * A collaborative, proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership and solve problems wherever needed. * The confidence to challenge ideas constructively and recommend better technical approaches where appropriate. * Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud would be advantageous. * Exposure to AI frameworks such as LangChain or similar technologies would be beneficial. ## Description This is a varied, customer-facing role where no two weeks look the same. You'll work across the full AI solution lifecycle, combining technical delivery with consulting, stakeholder engagement and solution design to help customers unlock the value of AI.
