The ideal candidate will have practical experience supporting enterprise IT hardware, networks, servers, storage or voice systems in a field-based environment. You must have strong fault-finding skills, excellent customer-facing abilities and a full driving licence.

The Role:

 * Field-based installation, maintenance and repair of enterprise IT infrastructure
 * Diagnose and resolve hardware, network and telephony faults
 * Work across servers, storage, networking, cabling and voice technologies
 * Support technical projects and infrastructure installations
 * Cover customer sites throughout South West England
 * Participate in a 24/7 emergency call-out rota

The Person:

 * Experience supporting enterprise IT hardware, networking, servers, storage or telephony
 * Strong fault-finding, triage and diagnostic abilities
 * Field service or customer-site engineering experience
 * Knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet, HPE, Dell or Oracle equipment would be advantageous
 * Full UK driving licence
 * Comfortable with occasional overtime, weekend work and emergency call-outs
