 - Successful track record in managing large international engineering organizations.
 - Strong leadership, results-driven mindset, and ability to drive innovation.
 - Professional fluency in English; and Spanish

## Description

The VP Engineering is responsible for the strategy, leadership, and execution of engineering activities in the data storage sector. He/she drives the design, development, and deployment of innovative, reliable solutions while ensuring quality, security, and performance at scale., Define and execute the engineering strategy in alignment with the company's technology vision.

 - Lead and oversee R&D and Engineering teams (software, hardware, distributed systems, cloud).
 - Drive the development of large-scale, high-performance, and secure data storage solutions.
 - Ensure product quality, scalability, and reliability.
 - Implement agile practices and engineering best standards.
 - Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to align technical roadmaps with business needs.
 - Recruit, mentor, and retain top technical talent.
 - Represent the Engineering function at the executive level and with key customers.
