Si vous aimez traiter les demandes utilisateurs avec méthode, ce poste vous demandera de rester fiable, autonome et attentif dès les premiers jours.

 - Vous maîtrisez Windows et les outils de ticketing.
 - Vous gérez les tickets avec rigueur et suivi.
 - Vous avez les bases de l'administration réseau.
 - Vous écoutez, expliquez et rassurez avec pédagogie.
 - Vous avez une expérience en PME industrielle, idéalement.
 - Une connaissance d'un ERP ou d'un MES aide.
 - Vous aimez le support et non une logique projet.

## Description

Dans le cadre de votre mission, vous prenez en charge le support N1/N2 en intérim du 8 septembre 2026 au 23 décembre 2026.
Vos missions couvrent le support utilisateur et la gestion courante du parc :

 - Traiter les tickets entrants et prioriser les demandes.
 - Diagnostiquer et corriger les incidents sur postes de travail.
 - Installer, configurer et mettre à jour matériels et logiciels.
 - Assurer l'administration courante du parc et l'inventaire.
 - Suivre les demandes auprès des prestataires si besoin.
 - Accompagner les utilisateurs avec des réponses simples et claires.
 - Remonter les incidents récurrents et proposer des ajustements utiles.
Vous travaillez sur des environnements Windows et dans un outil de ticketing. Le poste demande aussi un suivi attentif des demandes et une bonne tenue des délais.
Le contexte industriel demande une présence fiable et des réponses claires pour limiter les interruptions. Vous êtes attendu sur une prise en main rapide et sur un suivi rigoureux des incidents.
