Vos missions :
Vous serez le premier point de contact des utilisateurs et veillerez à leur offrir une assistance à distance.

 - Via téléphone, chat ou outil de ticketing pour des demandes variées.
 - Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents de niveau 1/2.
 - Accompagner les utilisateurs sur leurs outils IT et applications métier.
 - Escalader les cas complexes et alerter la hiérarchie.
 - Proposer des améliorations pour optimiser le support IT.
