## Description

Rattaché(e) au service informatique, vous aurez pour principales missions :

Assurer le support utilisateurs niveau 1 et 2 (présentiel et à distance)

Diagnostiquer, analyser et résoudre les incidents matériels et logiciels

Installer, configurer et maintenir les postes de travail (PC, imprimantes, périphériques)

Gérer les comptes utilisateurs (création, droits, mots de passe)

Participer à la gestion du parc informatique et à son inventaire

Documenter les incidents et interventions via un outil de ticketing

Escalader les incidents complexes vers le niveau supérieur si nécessaire
