## Description

Support utilisateurs
Accueillir et accompagner les utilisateurs dans la résolution de leurs problématiques informatiques.
Enregistrer les demandes et incidents dans l'outil ITSM.
Assurer le support de proximité sur les environnements Windows 10, Windows 11 et macOS.
Réaliser des interventions à distance (PMAD - Prise en Main À Distance) lorsque cela est nécessaire.
Gestion des incidents
Traiter les incidents et les demandes de niveau 2.
Assurer le suivi et le traitement du backlog.
Diagnostiquer les dysfonctionnements et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives.
Escalader les incidents vers les groupes de support spécialisés lorsque la résolution dépasse le périmètre d'intervention.
Gestion du parc informatique
Préparer, configurer et déployer les postes de travail.
Installer les équipements informatiques et les logiciels nécessaires aux utilisateurs.
Vérifier le bon fonctionnement des matériels avant leur mise à disposition.
