Environnement technique : OS Windows, Office 365, ticketing (ServiceNow, GLPI), réseau (configuration IP, .) Profil recherché : De formation Bac à Bac+2 en informatique (ou équivalent), vous justifiez de plus 2 ans d'expérience en tant que technicien itinérant / de proximité. Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de l'environnement poste de travail (environnement Windows principalement). En contact direct avec les clients, vous devez également avoir un bon relationnel et être à l'écoute des utilisateurs. Ce poste requiert de trouver des solutions en cas de dysfonctionnement et de veiller à ce que tous les équipements soient fonctionnels après vos interventions. Ce poste
