Nachverfolgung von Störungsmeldungen zur Gewährleistung einer schnellen Lösung
Dokumentation von Workarounds, bekannten Fehlern und Lösungen
Durchführung von Hardware-Rollouts, einschließlich Inventarisierung, Verteilung und Schulung der Nutzer sowie Entsorgung alter Geräte
Unterstützung des IT-Benutzerservices bei Personalengpässen und Problemfällen
Nutzung von Ticketsystemen zur Verwaltung von Anfragen
