 * Durchführung von Customizing-Anpassungen innerhalb der relevanten SAP-HCM-Module
 * Mitarbeit in Projekten zur Digitalisierung und Optimierung von Personalprozessen
 * Pflege, Anpassung und Ausbau von Schnittstellen zu weiteren HR- sowie Drittsystemen
 * Enge Abstimmung mit den Bereichen Human Resources, Payroll und IT zur Entwicklung effizienter und nachhaltiger Lösungen
 * Unterstützung bei der Implementierung neuer Technologien und innovativer HR-Anwendungen
