Im Umgang mit HGB-Reporting und integrierten Finanzplanungen sind Sie sicher und arbeiten routiniert mit Power BI, Jedox und iX-Haus / iXHausPlus, insbesondere in der Datenmodellierung und Analyse.

Eine hohe Affinität zu Daten, IT-Systemen und Automatisierung sowie eine analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise runden Ihr Profil ab.

## Description

Sie entwickeln und betreuen Power BI Reportings, Dashboards und KPIs für Immobilienportfolios und stellen die Datenintegration und -qualität aus Vorsystemen (iX-Haus / iXHausPlus) sicher. Dabei erstellen Sie integrierte Finanzplanungen (Bilanz, GuV, Cashflow) sowie Budget-, Forecast- und Mehrjahresplanungen im FP&A-Umfeld.

Sie analysieren Immobilien- und Unternehmenskennzahlen, wenden DCF-Verfahren und Cashflow-Modelle an und bereiten Ergebnisse entscheidungsrelevant für das Management auf. Zudem steuern Sie den Budgetprozess, arbeiten eng mit Fachbereichen und Finanzwesen zusammen und wirken an Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB (SPV- und Verwalterebene) mit, inklusive direkter Berichterstattung an die Geschäftsführung.
