* Studium der Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Embedded Systems, Regelungstechnik, Luft- und Raumfahrt oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung

 * Kenntnisse in MATLAB/Simulink, Requirements-Management-Tools sowie Complex COTS wie μC, μP, DSP, PLD oder FPGA von Vorteil
 * Durchsetzungs- und Umsetzungsstärke sowie soziale Kompetenz
 * gute bis sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Durchführen und Steuern von Entwicklungsaktivitäten für komplexe Geräte und Systeme der Luftfahrtindustrie
 * Planen von Entwicklungsaktivitäten in Abstimmung mit dem Projektteam
 * Requirements Engineering gemäß Luftfahrtentwicklungsprozessen
 * Dimensionieren, Simulieren und Dokumentieren elektronischer Systeme und Komponenten
 * Umsetzen funktionaler Anforderungen in Abstimmung mit HW, SW und Firmware
 * Inbetriebnehmen und Optimieren elektronischer Systeme sowie Durchführen von Analysen und Entwicklungstests
 * Erstellen und Prüfen projektspezifischer Dokumente sowie Unterstützen von Projekten unter Kosten- und Terminvorgaben
