* Experience developing solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM (3+ years preferred)
 * Strong skills in C#, JavaScript, plugins, workflows, and Power Platform (Power Automate, PCF)
 * Solid understanding of system integration patterns
 * Experience working with Azure (Azure Blobs storage, Logic Apps, Azure functions, etc) and Canvas Apps
 * Familiarity with Microsoft best practices and modern development approaches
 * Comfortable communicating in English in an international environment

 * Design, develop and enhance solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
 * Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to turn requirements into scalable solutions
 * Build and maintain integrations with internal and external systems
 * Support users and continuously improve system performance and usability
 * Contribute to code quality through reviews and structured deployments
 * Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation
