Verantwortung für Server, Virtualisierung, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 und Exchange Online sowie die Netzwerklandschaft.

 * Sicherstellung der IT-Verfügbarkeit in Verwaltung und Produktion
Betreuung von Büroarbeitsplätzen, Produktions-PCs und produktionskritischen Systemen sowie Unterstützung bei der Anbindung von Produktionsanlagen.

 * IT-Support und Benutzerverwaltung
Ansprechpartner für alle IT-Anliegen der Mitarbeiter, Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Berechtigungen sowie Durchführung der On- und Offboarding-Prozesse.

 * IT-Sicherheit, Backup und Notfallmanagement
Verantwortung für Datensicherung, Wiederherstellungskonzepte, Firewall- und Virenschutz sowie die kontinuierliche Absicherung der Systemlandschaft.

 * Anwendungsbetreuung und IT-Verwaltung
Einführung und Betreuung von Fachanwendungen, Beschaffung von Hard- und Software, Lizenzmanagement sowie Pflege der IT-Dokumentation.
