## About the Role

 * Technisches Verständnis für Systemintegrationen, API-Schnittstellen (REST/JSON) und Datenmodelle
 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise im Oracle-Umfeld, von Vorteil
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine strategische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Verhandlungssichere (mindestens B2-C1) Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

## Description

* Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams von 3 bis 4 Mitarbeitenden im Bereich Business Applications
 * Verantwortung für die strategische Weiterentwicklung der CRM- und eCommerce-Landschaft
 * Sicherstellung effizienter System- und Datenintegrationen zwischen CRM, ERP, eCommerce, Middleware und EDI-Systemen
 * Analyse, Standardisierung und Optimierung von End-to-End-Vertriebsprozessen im B2B-Umfeld
 * Steuerung des Demand- und Projektmanagements inklusive Priorisierung, Roadmap-Planung und Budgetverantwortung
 * Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Digitalisierungs- und Transformationsprojekten
 * Steuerung externer Implementierungs- und Beratungspartner
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, IT und Management zur Entwicklung zukunftsfähiger Lösungskonzepte
