 * Priorisierung, Klassifizierung und Dokumentation der Störungen im Ticketsystem
 * Fehleranalyse sowie Herbeiführung von Erstlösungen durch Vorort oder Remote Support
 * Aufbau und Abbau von Hardware-Komponenten
 * Durchführung von Umzügen
 * Pflege der Asset-Daten
 * Weiterleitung von Störungen an nachgelagerte Einheiten
 * Pflege und Dokumentation in der Wissensdatenbank
 * Unterstützung von IT- Projekten
 * Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Betriebsprozesse und Strukturen
