- Privileged Access mit Entra ID PIM etablieren: Rollenmodell, Just-in-Time-Zugriff, Approval-Flows und nachvollziehbare Audits.
 - Security-Monitoring mit Microsoft Sentinel: Datenquellen anbinden, Detection-Use-Cases definieren und erste Analytic Rules/Playbooks aufsetzen.

- Studium (z. B. (Wirtschafts-)Informatik) oder Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Hervorragende Kenntnisse in einem Schwerpunkt: Microsoft 365, Azure, Identity oder Security
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Active Directory und hybriden Identitätskonzepten
- Aktuelle Microsoft-Zertifizierungen (z. B. AZ-104, AZ-305, SC-300, SC-200, MD-102) oder Bereitschaft, diese zu erwerben
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Spaß an Beratung und Kundenkontakt
- Wünschenswert: Erfahrung in Projektmanagement/ITSM (z. B. PRINCE2, ITIL)

- Planung, Implementierung und Betrieb von Microsoft 365- und Azure-Lösungen (hybrid und cloud-native)
- Identity & Access: Microsoft Entra ID (Conditional Access, MFA, PIM) sowie Active Directory-Integration
- Modern Workplace: Microsoft Intune, Windows 11, Autopilot und Endpoint-Security-Baselines
- Security: Microsoft Defender (z. B. Defender for Endpoint) und - je nach Projekt - Microsoft Sentinel
- Konzeption, Migration und Optimierung von Kundenumgebungen inkl. Workshops und Dokumentation
- Analyse von Anforderungen, Erstellen von Lösungskonzepten und technische Projektumsetzung
- Troubleshooting, Know-how-Transfer und Unterstützung im 2nd/3rd-Level bei komplexen Fällen
