We're hiring a hands-on Java Engineer to work on a mission-critical, real-world platform running on Java 7 / Java 8. This is not greenfield hype. It's production engineering: stability, performance, clean refactoring, and careful delivery., * Building and maintaining backend services in Java 7/8

 * Debugging incidents, improving performance, and shipping safely in production
 * Working in a mature codebase with pragmatic refactors, clean code, and sensible testing
 * Collaborating closely with a Madrid-based engineering team
