## Description

* Brindar soporte técnico a usuarios internos.
 * Atender y dar seguimiento a tickets de soporte.
 * Diagnosticar y resolver incidencias de hardware y software.
 * Instalar y configurar equipos de cómputo, software y periféricos.
 * Configurar impresoras, correo electrónico y cuentas de usuario.
 * Apoyar en la administración e inventario de equipos de TI.
 * Brindar soporte básico en redes y conectividad.
 * Documentar incidencias y escalar casos cuando sea necesario.
