* Strong Communication skills
 * Experience of managing/delivering Release Activities with strong knowledge of all stages of the SDLC Lifecycle, with focus on live implementation and all the way to project closure.
 * Very Strong Project Management Experience with associated certification
 * Very Strong Stakeholder Management Experience
 * Very Strong Experience of working in an Agile Environment and working knowledge of ADS, SNOW and CI/CD
 * Relevant Agile Certification
 * Experience of working in the financial industry
 * Problem solving/solutions driven mindset, being able to think pro-actively and outside the box
 * Experience of increasing frequency of releases without comprimise on quality

Nice to have:

 * Change Management Experience
 * Automation Knowledge
 * Crest Knowledge
 * Knowledge of ServiceNow for Incident Management, Change Management and Reporting
 * Experience with Power Apps and Power BI
