This is not essential for the role but may be considered by the vacancy-holder where candidates have the same scores at interview. ## Description The Digital Portfolio Analyst sits within Data Platform Services (DPS) as part of the Chief Digital and Information Officer group (CDIO). This role provides essential administrative and operational support to the DPS team, ensuring the smooth running of digital portfolio activities. You will be responsible for maintaining records, updating trackers (Clarity & Jira), processing routine data, preparing standard reports, and supporting stakeholder communications. You will coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and assist with team logistics. Your work will enable managers and senior staff to focus on higher-level priorities by ensuring processes run efficiently and information is accurately recorded and shared.
