The Chief Digital Information Office delivers complex, high value products and platforms that support HMRC's strategic goals and improve outcomes for millions of users. As an Agile Coach, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating delivery capability across CDIO. You will champion modern Agile and Lean practices, foster high performing teams, and influence strategic approaches to delivery across a large and complex digital organisation, As a G6 Agile Coach, you will work at organisational and portfolio level to embed effective, scalable Agile practices that enable predictable, user centred delivery. You will coach multidisciplinary teams, mentor Agile Delivery Managers and leaders, and help shape the cultural and behavioural foundations that support excellent digital delivery. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, Heads of Role, Product and Engineering leaders to drive continuous improvement, unblock systemic constraints, and support the evolution of delivery maturity across CDIO. You will also play a leading role in strengthening our Agile and delivery communities of practice, supporting professional development and capability uplift. Person specification You are an established Agile leader with significant experience coaching at scale within complex digital environments. You bring credibility through your hands-on experience, deep knowledge of modern delivery practices, and the ability to influence at senior levels. You are an exceptional communicator who builds trust quickly, fosters psychological safety, and encourages data driven decision making. You are passionate about developing others, navigating complexity, and enabling teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for users.
