## Description

Dans un contexte de transformation digitale et d'intégration massive de l'IA, la mission vise à faire passer la conformité d'une approche réactive à une logique By Design, avec une priorité sur la Privacy et l'IA réglementaire (RGPD, EU AI Act, Data Act, DSA).

Responsabilités

 * Accompagner les équipes produit dans le déploiement du Privacy By Design (DPIA, registre des traitements)
 * Construire et déployer un référentiel IA responsable aligné sur la gouvernance Data & IA
 * Animer la communauté PO/Compliance et piloter la conduite du changement
 * Unifier les méthodologies d'évaluation d'impact (DPIA × AI Act)
 * Réaliser un inventaire & gap analysis des systèmes IA et applications critiques
