Your work will help senior leaders make informed decisions that directly influence policing priorities. * Design with Purpose: Create reports that follow best practices in layout, colour, and interactivity, bringing clarity and insight to data. * Understand the Audience: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, uncover their challenges, and translate them into actionable reporting solutions. * Drive Engagement: Develop help guides, FAQs, video tutorials, and user-friendly resources to ensure reports are understood and adopted. * Collaborate and Innovate: Work with a team of analysts and Power BI developers to test data quality and deliver accurate, trusted reporting solutions. * Be a Voice for Insight: Represent the Strategic Insights Team in meetings and share your expertise with colleagues and partners.
