Experience in the following areas would be advantageous: Microsoft Technologies * Microsoft 365 Administration * Exchange Online Administration * SharePoint Administration * Microsoft Defender and Security Centre * Microsoft Purview * Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) * Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Intune * Microsoft 365 migrations and implementations Infrastructure & Networking * Windows 11 deployment and support * Windows Server administration and support * Active Directory administration * IPv4 networking * VPN setup and troubleshooting * Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) platforms * Managed switches * UniFi wireless networking solutions * AWS cloud technologies Support & Customer Service * MSP or customer-focused IT support experience * Helpdesk support experience * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Confidence communicating with clients via telephone, video calls, email, and face-to-face meetings Cyber Security & Compliance * Knowledge of GDPR and ISO 27001 * Understanding of cyber security principles and best practices * Experience with vulnerability management and security monitoring is beneficial Qualifications (Desirable) * MD-102: Endpoint Administrator Associate * SC-200: Microsoft Security Operations Analyst * Other Microsoft, cybersecurity, networking, or cloud certifications ## Description This role is responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to our clients while assisting senior engineers with project delivery and cyber security initiatives. You will play a key role in resolving technical issues, maintaining and improving IT systems, and contributing to ongoing service improvements that enhance the client experience. As an MSP, no two days are the same.
