* Strong commercial experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, AI Engineer or Python-focused ML Engineer.
 * Excellent Python skills, including OOP, async programming, design patterns, decorators and writing clean, maintainable code.
 * Experience building, testing and deploying production-grade AI/ML solutions.
 * Strong understanding of machine learning and GenAI.
 * Understanding of LLM security and reliability.
 * Experience with testing (ideally using pytest), MLOps, CI/CD, model versioning and monitoring.
 * Experience with cloud platforms; Docker and Kubernetes.
