* Experience within legal technology, innovation, knowledge management or a similar environment.
 * Strong analytical and reporting skills, ideally with some experience with Excel and Power BI or similar.

## Description

A highly regarded international law firm has a new requirement for a Knowledge Systems Specialist to join its growing Knowledge function. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the firm's AI and innovation programme, helping to drive engagement, adoption and effective use of emerging technologies across the business.

Working closely with Legal Engineering and Knowledge Systems peers, initially this role will help ensure that a significant AI platform rollout is successfully embedded across the firm while supporting training, reporting, communications and stakeholder engagement activities but will support on broader KM systems initiatives in the longer term.

Key responsibilities and objectives of this role include but are not limited to:

 * Monitoring AI tool adoption, usage and engagement across the firm.
 * Producing reports, analysing trends and providing actionable insights.
 * Coordinating AI training programmes and maintaining learning resources.
 * Supporting lawyers and business services teams with AI-related initiatives.
 * Managing internal communications, newsletters and knowledge-sharing activities.
 * Assisting with AI-focused events, workshops and engagement programmes.
 * Supporting a network of AI champions across the business.
 * Maintaining project documentation, records and stakeholder feedback.
 * Identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase technology adoption.
