As part of that commitment, Mastercard has established a world-class privacy program and is adding talent to our global team. * The Counsel - Privacy, AI & Data Responsibility role will ensure compliance with global privacy and data protection laws while enabling data-driven innovation within the Mastercard Services organization, with particular focus on supporting the Security Solutions (SSO) business line. In particular, the position will support SSO products in the AI-Network Solutions, Payment Resiliency, Financial Crimes, and Digital Experience & Disputes Portfolio. * The position will report to the Senior Managing Counsel, Privacy, AI & Data Responsibility who provides global privacy support for the SSO business line, and will serve as a member of both the Global Privacy, AI & Data Responsibility team and the Law & Policy team. * The ideal candidate will have the ability to think and act both strategically and tactically with respect to the needs of business clients and their objectives while ensuring that the corporation remains compliant with privacy and data-related laws, as well as industry best practices.
