Using Java and TypeScript, you will build a greenfield platform covering both UI and API automation, leveraging GitHub Copilot and Jenkins to drive high-speed delivery across the organization. Core Responsibilities * End-to-End Regression Framework Modernization: * Architect and build a brand-new, unified Java and TypeScript automation platform from the ground up to support both UI (Playwright/Selenium) and API testing requirements across 13+ teams. * Establish modern CI/CD patterns within Jenkins and utilize AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot to accelerate framework construction and test authoring. * Trade & Order Management Validation: * Automate core order lifecycle workflows: Create Modify Cancel Execute. * Validate institutional OMS order validation rules, post-trade processing, downstream clearing/settlement integrations, and regulatory reporting platforms. * Cross-Platform & API State Comparison Testing: * Design and execute API-driven automated tests (REST/SOAP) to validate workflows routed through Director pattern architectures. * Conduct state comparison and data validation across coexisting legacy systems (Mainframe/DB2 via SOAP service layers) and modern cloud/microservice platforms. * Quality Visibility & Metrics: * Enhate existing test reporting dashboards to track test coverage, execution stability, and business capability regression metrics across 100% of functional trading areas.
