## About the Role

* 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting Workday Extend applications.
 * Strong understanding of Workday architecture, security, and integration framework.
 * Experience with Workday Extend, Workday APIs, Workday Studio, EIBs, and Workday integrations.
 * Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
 * Strong communication and documentation skills.
 * Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment., * Experience supporting HR, onboarding, occupational health, or employee lifecycle processes.
 * Experience providing post-go-live production support or Application Managed Services (AMS).
 * Knowledge of Workday business processes and security framework.
 * Previous healthcare industry experience is a plus.

## Description

* Assess, document, and evaluate existing Workday Extend applications.
 * Provide production support and troubleshoot issues within Workday Extend solutions.
 * Enhance and optimize existing applications to improve functionality and user experience.
 * Support knowledge transfer during post-implementation transition activities.
 * Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve application issues.
 * Advise on Workday Extend best practices, architecture, and design recommendations.
 * Monitor application performance and recommend continuous improvements.
 * Support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements as business needs evolve.
