* 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.

IDR is seeking a Scrum Master to join one of our top clients for a hybrid opportunity in Dallas. This role involves guiding Agile teams in delivering high-quality solutions, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and promoting Agile best practices to enhance team performance and organizational agility., * Seek an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in project delivery and ensure adherence to Agile principles.

 * Serve as a servant leader facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and encouraging continuous improvement.
 * Collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective planning and execution.
 * Promote best practices in Agile methodologies across teams to drive high performance.
