This role is responsible for monitoring system applications, ensuring smooth operations, and creating reports and documentation to outline findings and solutions. This position is part of the Technology department., * Oversee the development and installation of new hardware and software. * Install and configure systems and other software. * Test installed software to detect malfunctions. * Identify and resolve business systems issues. * Design and deploy new applications and enhance existing application software and operating systems. * Measure the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems. * Develop and implement strategies to improve systems. * Monitor and test system performance. * Maintain full ownership of assigned processes. * Act as a procedural expert when required. * Lead the work of junior-level associates as needed., * Purchase any product, service, or gift cards from us or for us as part of an application, interview, or selection process. * Provide sensitive financial information such as credit card numbers or banking information.
