## About the Role

A mid-to-senior level engineer based in the US with a strong CS background (or proven self-taught depth), who has worked at a startup or top-tier tech company, and has hands-on experience building or fine-tuning LLMs.
Required:

 * Based in the United States (Remote).
 * Experience at a startup or top-tier technology company.
 * Shipped a product or feature from 0 to 1.
 * Hands-on experience building, fine-tuning, or deploying LLMs - beyond basic API calls.

Nice to have:

 * Strong personal or side projects demonstrating deep technical ability.
 * Degree from a top-tier Computer Science program.

Not a fit if you:

 * Have only worked at large, slow-moving enterprises.
 * Have only maintained existing systems, with no 0-to-1 build experience.
 * Have no hands-on AI/LLM experience beyond basic API calls.
 * Come from a purely back-office or internal tooling background.

## Description

You'll work in a customer-facing, 0-to-1 environment - solving live problems directly with customers rather than working through a ticket queue. This is for engineers who want to own outcomes end-to-end, not just ship to spec.
What You'll Do

 * Partner directly with customers to scope, build, and ship solutions from 0 to 1.
 * Build, fine-tune, or deploy LLMs as part of real product workflows - not just wrap an API.
 * Move fluidly between engineering and customer problem-solving, prioritizing live impact over backlog grooming.
