This candidate will serve as one of the organization's primary IBM Sterling OMS experts, supporting platform operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, testing, and integrations. The role is highly focused on production support, including reviewing system alerts, resolving order management issues, analyzing integration payloads, and coordinating with development teams and vendors to ensure platform stability. Additionally, the engineer will represent OMS during end-to-end testing efforts, validate system integrations, identify defects, and help drive successful platform expansion across multiple business channels, including marketplace integrations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with deep IBM Sterling expertise who enjoys a blend of technical operations, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise-scale system support.
