The candidate will lead a team of support specialist, ensuring high availability of Squarepoint's mission-critical infrastructure, systems, and platform application services across APAC, EMEA, and AMER regions. * Manage a 24x5 global support schedule and weekend on-call rotation. * Define policies, processes, roadmaps, and best practices to meet SLAs and scale with business needs. * Collaborate with service teams to build automation, self-service tools, and runbooks. Ensure the team is trained, skilled, and empowered to remove blockers and inefficiencies. * Proactively identify and eliminate inefficiencies across workflows and operations. * Lead and coordinate technical efforts across the global support team. * Stay hands-on with troubleshooting and lead major outage recovery efforts to minimize impact.
