Prozessanalyse bis zur Umsetzung skalierbarer Lösungen.

- Du entwickelst intelligente Automatisierungs-Ökosysteme mit Low-Code, RPA und Generative AI, um Effizienz, Transparenz und Nutzererlebnisse messbar zu steigern.
 - Du konzipierst und implementierst Anwendungen mit der Microsoft Power Platform sowie Tools wie UiPath, n8n, Make oder Automation Anywhere.
 - Du integrierst Copilot Agents, orchestrierst Prozesse mit MCP-Servern und nutzt Azure AI Services, um Geschäftsabläufe smart zu automatisieren.
 - Du analysierst und redesignst bestehende Prozesse, identifizierst digitale und KI-Potenziale und leitest datengetriebene Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
 - Du arbeitest eng mit Fachbereichen, Product Ownern und IT-Teams zusammen, um praxistaugliche, sichere und skalierbare Lösungen zu realisieren.
 - Du förderst den Wissenstransfer, befähigst Teams und etablierst Best Practices für den erfolgreichen Einsatz von KI und Automatisierung.
