## Description

* Du lernst Hard- und Softwareelemente zu komplexen Informations- und Kommunikationssystemen zu vernetzen und arbeitest dabei von Anfang an im Tagesgeschäft mit
 * Du erlernst die Planung, Installation, Konfiguration sowie den Betrieb von Hard- und Softwaresystemen und unterstützt hierbei (Client- und Serversysteme, Videokonferenzsysteme, cloudbasierte Systeme, Fach-Anwendungen, Mobile Devices und Drucker, etc.)
 * Durch die Administration der IT-Systeme bekommst Du einen fundierten Einblick in die Landschaft der verschiedenen Fach-Anwendungen
 * Du supportest unsere Mitarbeitenden durch den Einsatz eines Ticketsystem, durch die Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Delegation von IT-Tickets behältst Du zusammen im Team den Überblick über alle Anfragen und Aufgaben
 * Du wirkst mit bei spannenden IT-Projekten mit und erstellst die dafür nötigen Dokumentationen
