* Unterstützung der Abteilung Governmental Sales & Application Engineering im operativen und administrativen Tagesgeschäft
 * Eigenverantwortliche Organisation und Koordination des Sekretariats in enger Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren Assistenzfunktionen
 * Unterstützung bei der Termin- und Ressourcenplanung für die Bereiche Governmental Sales und Application Engineering Naval
 * Proaktive Entlastung und organisatorische Unterstützung der Abteilungsleitungen
 * Planung, Organisation sowie Reisekostenabrechnung von nationalen und internationalen Dienstreisen
 * Koordination von Terminen sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung interner und externer Besprechungen
 * Organisation, Begleitung und Nachbereitung von Kundenterminen, Workshops, Tagungen und Messeauftritten
 * Durchführung allgemeiner Verwaltungs- und Organisationsaufgaben, einschließlich Postbearbeitung und Büromaterialbeschaffung
 * Unterstützung bei projektbezogenen Aufgaben, beispielsweise bei der Erstellung von Terminplänen, Präsentationen und Geschäftskorrespondenz
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen sowie Unterstützung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses innerhalb der Teams
