## About the Role

* Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, ideally within an FMCG or comparable environment
 * Strong understanding of warehouse processes and their interfaces with other business functions
 * Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and experience in working with IT-driven solutions
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage change effectively
 * Excellent communication and training skills, and fluency in English

## Description

* Own and ensure the stable operation and continuous improvement of the REPLY Warehouse Management System (WMS) at the Hammersbach site
 * Act as first-level support for WMS incidents, working closely with users, second-level support and external IT service providers
 * Support the implementation, rollout and further development of the WMS, including testing, UAT, go-live and hypercare activities
 * Deliver training sessions for employees and ensure sustainable knowledge transfer, including the development of backup Key Users
 * Ensure compliance with global standards (PEP), maintain master data, configure the system and monitor relevant KPI
 * Support and implementation of WMS related projects
